Purpose:
- ASNAPP in partnership with Stellenbosch University (Horticulture department and HOPE project) and USAID Southern Africa gave participants, from around Southern Africa, the opportunity to learn how to mitigate postharvest losses and improve food safety and quality, to enable the grower to deliver the best quality product to the market and in return to enable to wholesaler and supermarket to sell a top quality product.
